- With the storm incoming my husband and I wanted some comfort food prepped so tonight we made beef roast with all the veggies in our crock pot! Super healthy and delicious. We added a roast, green beans, carrots, and a 3 red potatoes for less carbs, an onion, plus low sodium beef broth also and strained after cooking. Delicious!
