Hi all, second Dietbet this year. Lost 7 lbs in January only to gain most of it back during a Caribbean vacation first week of February. Would love any tips on how to go on vacation and not undo progress.

Vacay is always a challenge for me too! We love cruises, so I try to stick to low cab as much as possible and get in a lot of walking! I walk laps on the track on sea days and use the stairs as opposed to elevators as much as I can. I still gain a few, but it’s less than if I wasn’t being mindful and doing these things. I don’t like to deprive myself on trips because I love to try all the things! I just try to do it in a way that’s not huge. Works for me!
