  • Switched up breakfast today with some Kodiak cakes banana chocolate chip protein pancakes after the gym! A little more sugar than I'd liked so I'd probably buy the original next time, but still was delicious & all things in moderation! I also used sugar free syrup & we tried some apple cinnamon sausages. I normally eat eggs every single day, so this was a nice little change. What's your go to breakfast?

Eggs, avocado, veggies. Or Greek yogurt with chia and flax seeds, and fruit. Or egg white, oat and cottage cheese pancakes.
