Good morning, diet bet family! Hope you all are ready for a fresh start of getting healthy and meeting those goals!! My initial weigh-in was from my last diet bet, and as I figured, I gained 3 lbs from eating whatever I felt like over the weekend. So, I have 10.7 pounds to lose this challenge. I cleaned off my treadmill in the garage and plan on being more active this time. I have a craft show this thursday, so im super busy with that this week but after that, my spare time will be moving my body!!!

What are your non-scale victory goals?

I was surprised how soon this one started, and totally forgot to weigh in. Weighed in AFTER dinner last night, and with some weekend indiscresions.... Just more motivation to loose it!

  • Went to Olive Garden the other day and got a salad to go plain with our leftovers. Today I added rotisserie chicken and it was delicious! We always request our salad without the dressing and then dip into our dressings for way less calories! Small changes add up and this hit the spot! What's your hack for eating out or cutting calories?

I eat burgers with no bun, and get a side salad instead of fries. My husband will usually get a side salad too so I am not tempted with fries or tots :heart:
