Hey ,
Quick question.
How do keep your selves motivated after a tiresome day at work.
The problem I am facing after 12 hours of work, is that I am mentally exhausted and filled with brain fog and just want to lie down and sleep
Wish to hear, what to do people do to tackle something similar.

Your nutrition is more important than exercise to lose weight .10 minutes workout, or a walk on lunch break if possible. All the little things done consistently do make a difference

I work 12 hour shifts too and it’s hard to want to exercise when you’re exhausted! My job is mostly sitting so what I have been doing is just trying to get up and take 100-200 steps per hour. I can’t be away from my desk so I’m sure I look pretty dumb walking eight steps one way and eight steps the other way but it’s exercise and by the end of my shift I’ve gotten steps in

Im a big sweets gal so Ive come up with some recipes that save me when it comes to cravings...try vanilla 0% Greek yogurt with sugar free chocolate pudding mix, mix it up, melt some sugar free choco chips with coco ut oil, or dark chocolate 70% or higher...drizzle that on with a tsp of natural peanut butter..its delish and if ya dont like Greek yogurt substitute some light whipped cream but the Greek yogurt is high in protein :)

I also love to eat an orange with light whipped cream and zero sugar orange jello mix just mix it well or it can be gritty. ...its like a creamsicle ugh I love it lol

Just got my first gig running a fitness class for kids in March!

I became recently fitness instructor certified, and I have just been kinda thrown into this.

Feeling nervous and excited at the same time!

Any tips for me? Anyone ever take their little ones to a fitness class before?

Good for you! I’ve taken my kids to yoga classes before they love them. I would say come with a good energy, don’t take yourself too seriously, and ask the kids for their input or getting their choices. They love that

So glad to be back. My last Diet Bet was in June of 2018. I’ve gained 32 lbs since that time. I’ve dubbed this year as the “Year of Change” for many aspects of my life with one of them to achieve a healthy weight and maintain it.
