  • Good morning and welcome to a new week!

    Mondays are usually pretty busy for me and I know I won’t be able to squeeze in a workout so instead I use it to plan out my week. Meal planning and workout planning are on the list for today, even if it is a holiday for the US.

I am just trying to take one day at a time. I was strong last week but these last few days have fallen into some old and not so good patterns. Trying to keep my eye on the prize - a healthier me.

I know my son has baseball games on Tuesday and Thursday night this week, which are typically my two run days with Saturday so I’m moving my runs to Weds and Fri. Gotta get it done :muscle:
