Hi there!

Congrats on your progress so far!

I put on 20 pounds, in the past two years, because I was extremely exhausted and finally realized it was low iron so I had an iron infusion three weeks ago and this is the first week I’ve had the energy to work out and so I am so motivated to get back to me! I’ve done alternate day fasting for the past week and I am feeling amazing. I love the six month challenge because it keeps you on track.
