How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scaleโ€™s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hungry or not really?

Sometimes we eat because we're hungry.

    Sometimes we eat because:
    ๐Ÿ˜ด We're tired
    ๐Ÿ˜ฉ We're stressed
    ๐Ÿ“บ We're bored
    ๐ŸŽ‰ Food is available

This week, try pausing for 30 seconds before eating and ask yourself:
"What am I feeling right now?"

    No judgment. Just curiosity.

Awareness is a powerful tool for making choices that truly serve us.

๐Ÿ‘‡ Are you more likely to snack when you're bored, stressed, tired, or celebrating?

Boredom snacking all the time :weary:

Megan S.

Iโ€™m a boredom snacker and also have some issues with safe foods/choices (post-op cholecystectomy 1.5mo ago). Learned some sugar free ideas when my inevitable evening cravings hit. I try to never eat past 9:30p now. Iโ€™m mostly successful!
