How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scaleโ€™s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Slow Down and Taste It ๐Ÿ“

    Today's challenge:
Choose one meal and eat it a little slower than usual.

    Notice:
    ๐Ÿ‘€ What it looks like
    ๐Ÿ‘ƒ What it smells like
    ๐Ÿ˜‹ What it tastes like

Many of us spend years eating while multitasking. Slowing down helps us enjoy food more and recognize fullness signals sooner.
Bonus points if you put your fork down between bites!

๐Ÿ‘‡ Are you a fast eater or a slow eater?

I usually eat a variation of the same thing most meals and it's just a task to get done. If it's something I particular like or don't usually have, I will eat it a little bit slower.

This is a great reminder. I usually am a super fast eater.
