I read something that told me my kids notice how I talk to myself and how I feel about myself and when it comes to food. It can teach them that, that is normal. So from now on, I’m going to be kinder to myself. We can learn to eat better together and learn to have a healthy relationship with food. So today I say to myself, “you’re good enough how you are”
