How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I really fell off the diet wagon. I need to get back into consistently eating better and being accountable even on weekends. I derailed during our vacation and had a small injury but now want to get it in gear for summer! Anyone have any tips? Exercise is never a problem and I eat heathly 80% of the time -sweets are always an issue and I try to avoid them during the week but on the weekends it is always an issue. Thanks for any advice and thank you for your help. :) Colleen

I'm in the same boat. My weekends are tough and then It takes me to Tuesday or Wednesday to get back to where I was but me personally. I just haven't been able to give up my weekends yet so it's been a slow journey for me. But I'm okay with that. I started 2 years ago and I'm down 60 lb but I'm up and down up and down up and down cuz I'm not quite ready to give up my weekends so if I lose only a little bit at a time. I think it's been able to keep it off that way. You've got!

That is a huge accomplishmnt Rhonda! You should be proud of how far you have come. It is important to not be so strict everyday of the week- it gets really tedious.
