  • Busy Saturday consisted of family time and yard sales, but still got steps in regardless! Sometimes the best forms of moving our bodies are the ones where we don't notice and those steps add up! Make it fun and get moving! I've been wearing a fitness watch recently and really enjoy the step feature (I used to wear a fitbit most of my journey) and challenging myself. How did you move today?

I did over two hours of yard work today. I can only imagine how many steps I got in! I did a lot of shoveling also.
