  • I offered today’s workout for my grandmother, who set such a beautiful example of healthy living. I’m not aware that she ever followed a diet or workout plan, but she always prioritized eating balanced meals, taking long walks with friends, and cultivating joy in herself and in her family. One of my favorite memories is of her teaching me to dance to the big band music she loved as a girl. So, that was my workout soundtrack this morning. Wishing everyone an encouraging song in their hearts today :)
