  • Time to formally introduce myself. I’m 50yrs young and live in Belgium with my bf and 2 cats. I’ve always been chubby but 3 years ago everything changed. I was prescribed antidepressants for my panic disorder and got on meds for my endométrioses which spiraled me straight to being obese in a matter of a year. To be honest, I just started teachertraining and didn’t take care that much for myself. Fast forward to the start of 2026, started ozempic for my insulin resistance together with ww and managed to get 8kgs off (about 17 lbs) I still have about 30lbs to go. My main reason to join Dietbet is to hold myself accountable and make habitchanges.
