I'm hoping the couple of changes I made keep snowballing! Because I saw the scale move! I think I was stuck in a rut thinking the weight would eventually budge. But after 5 months, I don't think doing the same thing was gonna work. Lol

Good job ! Even when something is working now doesn’t mean it will on 6 months ! We should stay consistent but make small changes every once in awhile
