I am so sore that I am literally in pain. I was almost in tears today my legs hurt so bad. I woke up with every turn last night. I’ve only done two workouts, 10 Rounds: week 1, days 1 and 2. Do I take another rest day or just work through the pain? I don’t want to make it worse, but I feel like this is what I signed up for. This is just so weird to me. I’ve been sore before, but not in tears sore. I had to take the stairs at work one at a time, going sideways and holding onto the had rail. On my second trip downstairs I used the elevator. 😭

As much as it sucks, movement is still best. I would find something more upper body focused and taking warm baths may help.

  • Its been a busy day & eating out would have been easier as tired as i was, but I got goals to reach in 2026! I had already planned ahead to have steak tonight so I stuck to the plan & it was even more delicious! Sometimes planning ahead can save us from giving into those situations. What'd you have for dinner?
