Hi friends. I am not winning this bet, but I am at a lower weight than when I started so I definitely count that as a victory! And more importantly for the long haul, I am implementing healthy lifestyle habits that I plan to continue from here on out. Making healthier food choices, moving my body, eating mindfully and trying not to eat emotionally. I really appreciate the support in this group. I plan to join Lexi‘s next bet but July 6 is a long way away. Anyone starting another one in the meantime?
