My weight dropped from 173.4 to 171.8 since yesterday. Yesterday, I weighed in the afternoon and today in the morning after breakfast. Is it recommended I weight in every morning before having anything to eat and drink to be as consistent as possible? Do I need to redo my initial weigh in?

I would say overall for future reference weigh in in the morning after bathroom, before food to have it as consistent as possible.
