How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy Monday! How did everyone's first weekend go? Did you stay on track, enjoy a fun treat, get extra steps in, or just survive the weekend chaos? We want to hear it all.

Here's one easy thing to try this week: Set your alarm for the next day's movement the night before. It doesn't have to be a big workout. A planned 20-minute walk beats an "I'll do it later" every time.

How are you feeling heading into Week 2?

Not going to lie. Over the weekend my motivation and energy levels plummeted hardcore while my appetite seemed to be through the roof. I kept on hanging in there and pushing through and it seems to be somewhat stabilising now. BUT! I enjoy a daily ice cream currently, all within limits of course. Hate and love how flexible counting calories and macros actually really is. Normally I don't treat myself much like that, but this heatwave is asking for it and I really look forward to it after a full day of sweating ?
My plan for this upcoming week is to make my rest days more active and HOPEFULLY get the workout done in the morning instead of waiting for everyone to go to sleep :| (3 under 3)
