How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am struggling lately! So, last week, we went to this huge aquarium near us. I didn’t want to feel like the fat one of the group that couldn’t keep up, I pushed my body REALLY hard! Tons of walking, 10+ flights of stairs (And not taking them slow - Usually two steps were stair). Now, I fear I have injured or torn my meniscus! I will start feeling better but do some light walking (Just around my dad’s house yesterday) and I am back to pain and feeling really stiff. I’m gonna have to call the doctor on Monday for a check up. Gonna do a sitting arm workout today instead! 😢 #FeelingDefeated

Hi Jessie! Oh gosh, I'm sorry that you're feeling knee pain after a big day! Hopefully, it's a strain and nothing more! Don't let this defeat you! Turn it into motivation to work with your calories! I think pivoting to an arm workout is brilliant! Not letting this pain totally take you out of exercising is a big win! Way to go!

As a reminder, calorie deficit is not healthy. It’s quality over quantity. As long as you’re making good food choices, you don’t need to deprive yourself! I’ve discovered my eating habits impact weight far more than exercise. Don’t let this get you down!
