What was the original cost to do this? I wish they included that with the winning message they send out.

Does anyone have any advice on continuing to lose weight after hitting a plateau? I was losing about 5 pounds consistently a month until July and now my weight has plateaued. I think I'm back to my "normal" weight from before I gained 50 pounds but now I'm at the point where I'm trying to get more toned, but it's hard to stay consistent with workouts. most of my weightloss so far has been from walking a ton, but now I think I have to do more.

Congrats on the progress! If you are that close to your goal weight, you will see a slowdown. Plateaus are normal as your body adjusts. At least that's my experience! I recall thinking that my body was even shifting things around! I'd not lose any weight, but clothes would feel looser. Also incorporating weight training will definitely help/hinder! Not to get too nerdy, but if you aren't measuring your arms, tummy, and legs, you may want to start! As the scale slows, you might be motivated by seeing your measurements change!
As for what to do for a plateau, wait it out. Don't let it mess with your mind. What you've been doing works and still is working; your body is just in a different place from where you started. You got this!

Thanks so much for the helpful responses guys! I'll def be taking this advice. And yes, it's good to keep the non-scale wins in mind. My clothes are fitting better and I've lost some inches :sob: switching up my diet seems like a good option and I'll try some tabata, thank you for the motivation friends :nail_care::nail_care:
