How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

There’s something so liberating about declining things that don’t align with your goals, and knowing you have that kind of control over your life. I feel that way every time I pass on alcohol at the special events my friends would usually be enjoying it (parties, vacation/camping, dinners out..). I still have a little sometimes (of both alcohol and rich foods), but only when I really think I’ll enjoy it! Yesterday I wasn’t very hungry for dinner, but I really wanted a little treat, so I had a Greek yogurt and then a chocolate ice cream cone!

Great self control, Robyn! It's okay to have planned indulgences - you just have to decide what is worth it to you :)
