How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • My son talked me into the bench press today instead of just using the weight machines... felt pretty vulnerable, but I tried something new! What are y'all doing to win this thing?

Awesome job! I hope to be doing this in a gym someday. I’m aiming for 3-4 quarts water daily, focusing on vegetables and whole food , tracking my food to see what works, and limiting alcohol and sweets.

I have been counting calories and tracking my food and macros, focusing on balancing out my protein, carbs, and fat, and have been on track all week... I've worked out hard in the gym each day, and dropped like 2 pounds in the first two days, but this morning, it's all back... I know I'm doing the right things and have not gone over my calories or had any alcohol or sugar, so I'm not going to be discouraged and will just stay the course and trust my body to heal...
