  • Sunday gym session & did some lighter cardio on the elliptical today. It was one of those weeks that tested me but I ended up feeling accomplished that I showed up! Going into the new week feeling prepared & my goal is to drink more water! What're you proud of this week or what's your goal for next?

I honestly have not exercised since I started this. Just focused on eating better and drinking a ton more water and I have already reached my goal. I am going to do one more week of focusing on eating more healthy food and drinking more water and then add in some workouts so I’m curious to see how much more I can lose once I do that!
