How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

4 months ago I did my last diet bet, unfortunately I let go since then and am now even higher than my starting weight for the last one.

I'm ready for this to be the motivation I need to get back on track.

I will be counting calories, prioritizing protein, and hitting the gym (why am I so nervous to go back there ?😭)

I'd also like to do something about stress management in my life, because that is the actual thing that needs to change in order for me to ever be healthy. Any suggestions?

Wish me luck!

I take walks on our property alone, or even sit with my rescue cats and do some playing and petting. Best of luck!

I totally understand the stress thing. What’s been saving me (as an introvert who works retail and gets literally no alone time since my partner WFH) is coming home from work and not interacting until I’ve done 10-30 minutes of yoga and taken a shower. I NEED some time alone to recharge and that has turned out to be a pretty good compromise in my house.
