I think you're good, I did it a few hours ago. When you submit your wieight, the review takes roughly few hours (depends the time of day) it before it gets accepted.

Hello from France ! I've started - for gut inflammation and general fatigue reasons- a intermittent fasting program and I figured why not join Dietbet to make it all worth it :) I haven't played since 2021 and forgot if we have to weight in each week or just at the end ? Guys I sprained my ankle yesterday, I am beyond bummed! It feels a lot better today but I’m gonna have a hard time staying active! I guess I’ll focus on upper body! 😩

Hello everybody!

I did 4 dietbets in the past. Im from Holland and love the extra motivation through a challenge like this. I have lost 20 kilos over the years but I would like to loose another 7 from now.
I am starting my own 75 hard challenge by fasting for at least 16 hours, 1 45 min work out, 10 Pages of reading, 2 liters of water and 10 min meditating. I used to have a morning routine like that but it just slipt away. Life happends.
I started fasting a year ago, works really well for me and I love it!

I do drink 2 cups of black coffee in the morning. Cannot start the day without it
