    Me: This is our spare room for guests, gaming, and my exercise corner. I've got pretty much everything I need to get a decent home workout. I also try to get a couple of good walk/hikes, and a pool workout in each week :-)

    I may have sloth metabolism, but thankfully I generally like exercising😁

I’ve pretty much stayed the same weight. The first 3 days of the challenge, I had some free meals and of course the scale showed 4 more pounds. So the next week I’ve eaten protein, fruits, and vegetables. Now I’m where I started . So I’ll keep going. Hopefully this morning I’ll be down a little more! I’m feeling good!
