Last month I weighed in at a very low weight for me, so June was about stabilizing. This month, I'd like to make my DB goal. But as long as I keep moving downward, I'll be happy😊

I’ve been successful in losing a bunch of weight but it’s been creeping back on so I’m hoping this gives me the kick in the pants I need to get this back on track.

My clothes are fitting so much better! I even had to buy new workout clothes!

recovering from an injury , consistency with exercise is a huge challenge. Not every night is a restful sleep, stamina is nothing to write home about but is improving! Fresh fruit and veggies, Water intake, & protein intake are my strengths right now! I am dropping pounds but would do better with exercise.
