How is everyone feeling? I am nervous. I have 37% to go. Any tips on how to get there? My biggest struggle is food. I've been working on it, some days are great and some not so good. I dont have time to work out, but that's my next goal. 4 days to go!
Awww, that's so cute! Well, my husband goes on a walk every night after dinner. He always invites me, but I am either tired from work or trying to finish my house duties so I can go to sleep. I am going to try my best to go with him as much as possible. Thanks Christina!

This is the first one I’ve done - I’m considering doing the 6month with multiple 4 weeks between to ensure I stay on track but not sure how good an idea this is.
I dont understand. My first week, I was doing good, and I lost a few pounds. I did the exact same thing, and in the second week, I weigh the exact as last week! Help!
Women’s hormones fluctuate so much, we can gain and lose 10lbs depending on which time of the month! Weigh yourself weekly if you want to see the trend but don’t actually ‘count’ it as your weight- your monthly weigh is is the most accurate.
