Feeling so down right now.
I worked so hard to lose weight before but gained most, if not all, of it back. It’s frustrating and heartbreaking.

I’m joining this DietBet because I want more than just motivation. I need the accountability for myself and also to be a part of a community whose focus is similar.

don’t feel down yourself about the past it’s literally a terrible home to live in what you should be proud about is the fact that you put it together to get to today and to start with what worked for you so you’re amazing and you’re gorgeous put that together and you’ve got a really incredible woman so continue being amazing. Mondays are easy. Tuesdays are hard so get that momentum on Monday and make a plan by the end of the day so that Tuesday is easy. Keep on rocking.

This isn't your grandma's diet—it's a game to help you feel great and have a good time doing it.

    For example, did you know it takes more calories to chew celery than you get from eating it? So technically, you're losing weight just by eating a crunchy snack. See? Fun facts!

    Now for the important stuff: The game officially begins on Monday, August 11th, but you can get a head start with your first weigh-in. The early weigh-in window opens tomorrow, Saturday, August 9th.

It’s been a rough week. My 43rd birthday was on Tuesday and I was really hoping to see 120 on the scale. I’ve been working towards it this month, starting at 126 four weeks prior. Saturday got on the scale and it said 119.6! Went to the city on Saturday to eat and didn’t feel like I went overboard too much. However, when I got on the scale Tuesday it said 122. And with my b-day I got Crumbl cookies that I’ve been munching on each day since. I’ve kept my workouts up but I’m feeling down. I know I shouldn’t be so discouraged because I have lost over 50 pounds in eight months but for whatever reason this one has got me. My personal weigh-in days are Tuesdays and Fridays but I’m afraid to get on the scale tomorrow. Hoping to get out of this funk and have a good month 2 weigh in this weekend!
