So I missed my goal weight by 0.1lbs lol. I had 16 hours left and for a moment I was gonna attempt to fast for a bit and do extra cardio to lose that little 0.1lbs. Buuuut I decided not to. By me doing that would be like me telling myself the progress I made wasn’t good enough. I already got an intense workout in today and properly hydrated with some electrolyte water throughout. I’m feeling stronger, more mobile and flexible than I have been in years. I’m down 65lbs in past 15 months and on pace to reach my goal weight by end of May. Congrats to all the winners 👏
