How is everyone doing? What's your approach?

I am aiming for 10k steps 5-6 days per week, lowering my carb intake (to manage blood sugar), and cutting out unnecessary snacking.

I am doing Paleo - drinking plenty of water and exercising 30-60 minutes daily - trying to close my rings daily!

Looks like I’m getting a late start but will participate in the challenges moving forward. Im motivated to do my best with the rest of the time, getting fit for an upcoming vacation. I participated in a January challenge and did well but started gaining a few pounds back, so the journey needs to continue!

You’ve got this! It’s all about a lifestyle change beyond the games. I’ve lost a good bit with the games a while back. I’ve maintained for the most part, just doing another to get me back to my personal target weight.
