    I love adding weekly challenges to our game to keep things fun, interactive, and motivating! (Don't worry, participation is completely optional.)

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge! 💧
    Here’s how it works if you’d like to join:
    ✅ Drink at least 64 oz. of water on Thursday and Friday (April 3rd and April 4th).
    ✅ Starting Saturday morning, look for a pinned post at the top of the game feed (here). Comment there once you’ve completed the challenge!
    ✅ The deadline to check in is Saturday at 10:00 PM Pacific Time.
    ✅ I’ll do a prize drawing shortly after for a $10 cash prize! (Each week, the prize amount will go up!)

I’m Sara from Texas. We’ve had a few very stressful years in which I’ve gained weight. I know that carrying around less weight and filling my body with healthier liquids and foods will greatly help me with stress levels so I am hoping to do this with the help of this group! I’m also hoping to get my blood levels (cholesterol and pre-diabetes) down. I have 4 kids and I homeschool and work part-time.

I’m Jeff from California. I’m coming back to diet bet after a long break. Had developed a few bad habits and ready for a life change. I figured this would be a great way to hold myself accountable. I signed up for a Disney half marathon in September so I need to both train as well as eat better. Looking forward to doing this with all of you!
