It’s gone well. Slow and steady except if I’ve baked. That sets me back for sure. But my kids are getting into baking so I should just let them do it if they’re wanting a treat. somehow I’m able to resist better when it’s not me doing the baking.

I’m Sara from Texas. We’ve had a few very stressful years in which I’ve gained weight. I know that carrying around less weight and filling my body with healthier liquids and foods will greatly help me with stress levels so I am hoping to do this with the help of this group! I’m also hoping to get my blood levels (cholesterol and pre-diabetes) down. I have 4 kids and I homeschool and work part-time.

I’m Jeff from California. I’m coming back to diet bet after a long break. Had developed a few bad habits and ready for a life change. I figured this would be a great way to hold myself accountable. I signed up for a Disney half marathon in September so I need to both train as well as eat better. Looking forward to doing this with all of you!
