I chop and roast lots of veggies. then i puree them with a large can of diced or whole tomatoes. I use the sauce as pizza sauce or to add meatballs to for spaghetti.

I did not even come close to the challenge this week. I was able to do water. I didn't eat bad. And I still got a few workouts in. But I didn't even come close on the vegetables or protien. And only was active 2 days this week. READY THO TO FINISH STRONG THIS WEEKEND
