Good luck gf! This should be a fun diet.....I think it's something to look forward to everyday! A healthy happy person is what I want too! This challenge will be a move forward in the right direction! I started walking 3 miles each morning and I watch my meal portions! I love a glass of wine with my dinner, but have decided to stop that! We will see what happens! Good luck to you.......you can do it! Keep smiling!
