I kind of zoned out and was so slow to get my weight loss plans in order. But, I finally got in the right mindset and the weight is coming off. I lost the first round with zero weight loss, so I’m now trying to make up for lost time. Not sure I’m going to make the second round but im going to give it my all and get as close as I can. I hope all of you are doing great and those pounds are just falling off!!

Thank you for sharing! I'm in the same spot. Overindulged a bit too much at that last two weeks of the year but we're bouncing back :muscle::sunglasses:

Thanks for your posts! I'm in the same boat. Really having lost focus in the first month, I aditionally started the new transformer and am keeping my focus now. Not sure, if I will catch up already at the end of round 2. But that doesn' bother me much, as long as I will be sucessful in the the long run.
We're in it together and we will make it! :muscle::grin:

Same here too! It is frustrating but I'm also proud that I didn't gain like crazy too.

Someone noticed I have lost weight. They said, "You have that ozempic look." I didn't know if that was a compliment or a jab but I obviously look different. I guess going plant-based whole foods has the same effect as medication (?) Then they followed with, "You're starting to look tired." Ummm... Seems like somebody's insecurities and reactivity are triggered by another's success. I just laughed it off and said, "Great. Thanks!"

I try to make sure that I enjoy the holiday and not turn it into enjoying the whole holiday season every day until January. So I give myself a day or two to indulge in some pie and bread, but then I try to ge back on track. I'm also going to try to add an afternoon walk into my schedule to fight the after lunch sleepiness.

I avoided Thanksgiving altogether. Showed up in the morning, stayed three hours and then left before the turkey feast was cooked and the bulk of the guests arrived with their casseroles.
