    I’m not proud of it, but this is my stating point. Took these photos (in addition to the official weigh in photos) to track my progress over the next 4 weeks. I’m going to give this my all, and I’m going to do it sustainably.

    I know what my body can do when I give it what it needs (the right nutrition, conditioning exercise, and adequate hydration), and I am fully committed to doing it. For these next 4 weeks, and for LIFE! Glad to have a motivated group to do it with!

Give yourself some grace. You look at the photo and think you’re not proud I look at that photo and think look at her thigh gap she looks like what I wish my after photo would be.
I read some where once if everyone sat around a table and all put there problems in a pile you would all pull back your own. You’ve got this! better yet you’ve got this with cheer leaders!
