I’m so frustrated that the scale hasn’t moved yet! I just keep telling myself it’s my menstrual since this month it sucks! Just keep going!

I’m used to it moving some but I have noticed this month I’m more bloated and swollen everywhere, every single day so I’m waiting til the weeks over. Can’t quit. Won’t quit!

Ashley stay positive and keep moving. I have lymphedema which makes my weight loss journey sometimes discouraging. I try my best to keep out of my head and stay as positive as possible. One day you will step on the scale and see the rewards of your hard work
