  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host!

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating. (Optional of course)

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, 5 days this week. That's any 5 days between the start of the game until Saturday evening.

    Starting on Friday there will be a post here, at the top of the game feed, for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 9:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $10 cash prize. Each week the prize amount goes up!

    And one suggestion, but not part of the challenge, please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss/fitness journey, and what your short/long term goals are! Just for fun let us know where you are from. I live in Utah.

I'm Jordan and live in MA. I have a 2 year old and just finished nursing school, so I finally have some time to work on losing that baby weight. I'm down almost 10 pounds so far and have another 20 to go!

Water goal is to drink my 40oz bottle twice a day.

One of the habits I have started is to get up, get ready and then instantly drink 16 ounces of water before I do anything else like feed the animals. It gets me started toward my water goal of the day

That’s a great win!!! I just started to weigh some of my food for the first time ever (I stole the scale that my husband and sons bought for their pinewood derby cars. It now lives in my kitchen instead of the garage. Haha). It’s been helpful.

For water intake, I find that my large covered Starbucks Tumbler with a straw really helps. It's easy for me to drink a lot of water with the straw.

Hi Everyone! I was in a previous diet bet to lose 5 lbs, which I’ve unfortunately gained right back because I didn’t focus on sustainable habits. For this one, my specific goal is to reduce my servings of sugary treats to one a day. Super hard in Girl Scout cookie season but all the sugar is not good for me. Anyone have a little Girl Scout that can relate to the cookie takeover? lol.

I allow my self one sweet per day. So during Girl Scout cookie season, I get one cookie per day. I was the cookie mom for my daughter's troop, so I know how hard it is.

I have increased my water intake to at least 60 to 80 ounces a day. It's gotten easier and easier as a month has gone on.
