Just dipped down into the next tens! Love that! I have ten more lbs to be in my normal weight range. Seems unreal. Haven't been at a normal weight range since I was 9.

What is everyone’s favorite EASY foods. I’m working 14-18 hours a day during the week and 8ish a day on the weekends. I just don’t have time to cook so when I run out of meal prep from the week, I struggle with what to turn to. I’ve been grabbing those easy salad bags, protein packs with nuts and cheese, veggie packs but any other ideas would be great! When I haven’t had something healthy I notice I just don’t eat (not good!) so any help is appreciated!!!

I have lost 15 pounds so far through diet only, which goes to show how awful my eating habits were 😅 I’ve worked on portion control, not eating after dinner, and only drinking water. I should be really proud of those 15 pounds but that little voice in the back of my head says I could have lost more, which I definitely could have! In fact in past diets I have lost significantly more. The problem is that wasn’t sustainable. With what I’m doing now I’m not withholding any foods from myself, I’m just lessening the amount which will be way more sustainable in the long run. This month I’ll be working on a mental goal by trying to tell that little voice that slow and steady wins the race 🐢
- I'm so excited!! When we started this challenge, I posted that I had some super high Liver panel results, and was very upset. I am happy to say that in 1 month, saying no to alcohol (2 drinks a night is what I was averaging in December...) adding in exercise, keeping an eye on fiber, and shaving off 6-7 lbs, I was able to drastically cut those numbers!! One back to normal, the other is really close!

Well, after last months success what was originally 2 cheat day turned into 4 cheat days and I gained a few pounds back I have to make up and then some for thins month. The craving to have another cheat day is real; but I’m sticking to my plan for lunch today to hopefully get back on track! I’m not sure why it’s so tough to “eat healthy” but it sure is, for me at least!

Lost 10.1 last month. Yesterday was my birthday, and I got a nice non scale victory as a gift! lol. I went to mineral hot springs spa and put in on my bathing suit - it was snug over the summer. Not anymore! It’s nice to notice that all the hard work is paying off!

Made goal but I know February is going to be a challenge as I’ll be at flight attendant training most of the month. I did get myself a travel scale to be able to still weigh in while at training

- I was hesitant to do the side by side. The scale said I had lost the weight but I still feel like I have not lost anything. The side by side is keeping my motivation going. Proof that out minds are our own worst enemies.
