I just finished the one that started in January as well, and am hoping to continue that success. I am really motivated to go into the new year being healthy, which I can't remember the last time that has happened.

Congrats on your progress so far!

I put on 20 pounds, in the past two years, because I was extremely exhausted and finally realized it was low iron so I had an iron infusion three weeks ago and this is the first week I’ve had the energy to work out and so I am so motivated to get back to me! I’ve done alternate day fasting for the past week and I am feeling amazing. I love the six month challenge because it keeps you on track.

Every day, in every way, we just keep getting better, better, and better!

Round 1 - 4 winners of a Ninja Blender and a 6 month Membership to Fithub
Round 2 - 10 winners of a Walking Pad
Round 3 - 2 winners of Home Gym Gear and an Annual Membership to Athli, Sculpt You or FitnessAI
Round 4 - 5 winners of a Massage Gun
Round 5 - 4 winners of custom Nike shoes (Nike by You, $200 value) and an annual StepBet Membership
