This weight-loss and fitness journey is now 2 years in the making. Jan 1st of 2024, Iwas 232lbs. Today I am 180.8lbs. Sadly, I went crazy after having a low of 159lbs last summer and gained back 20. I can't stand it, feel miserable again and feel like my breaking point is now 180lbs. I have 4 months before I turn 50 and my mission to become fit by fifty is as strong as ever. These dietbets have helped me stay focused so much and I have bet heavily on myself for this last hoorah! The next 6 months will include the most intense diet and exercise routine of my life! LFG!!
