My personal win for this month is I finally met with dietary nutritionist. We set goals for this month on my eating. Can’t wait to see how this will boost my results.

I hope it works for you. I met with a nutritionist too, but it didn't help AT ALL.
I find that these challenges DO help...
along with writing here.

You’ll be okay. It’ll be the same as if you missed your goal this round. You can still make the other rounds.

My morning weight was below my goal, but I forgot to weigh in. That means I failed at 2 games this month, but I am still happy. I am still losing weight each month, and I am still off Diabetes meds.
