I have been on a weight loss journey the last 3 months. I had 80 pounds to lose total. It's going slow and steady with only 2-5 pounds loss per month but I feel good. Working on learning long term life style over speed.
Today I went to a luncheon that was at a Mexican restaurant. When they brought the chips, I didn’t eat any, and when it came to order, I asked them no rice, but double vegetables. I saved half for dinner.
