I don't know why but I haven't been active in the game, but I have been very active and mindful in life! After cleaning up my diet last year I realized a lot of things I had been dealing with must have been food related. I've slipped up a few times and spiraled quickly. I realized that sugar and overly processed foods just cause too many problems for me. If you can have that stuff in moderation and just once in a while, good for you. But I can't. š© My motivation to keep on track is that I don't want to feel how I did. Inflamed, depressed, couldn't sleep, no motivation to do things that I want/need to do. I have a 4 year old son. He needs me at my best, and I love the person I am when I'm taking care of myself. I don't feel deprived as I just make my own food with better/less ingredients. š
