My fiance and I are planning for a special occasion on Monday and picking a restaurant I feel comfortable eating at (and meets other requirements for us) has been so difficult. Why are meals at restaurants so calorie dense :/

A mini meal prep to get the week started- four overnight oats breakfasts and three Bengali chicken and veggies (and I added a slice of bacon not Bengali approved lol) lunches!

I’ll put together the rest of the week as I go by cooking dinner and having those leftovers for the next day.

This is going to be a weight loss week!!

This is my first transformer I’m really liking that it is full force ahead. Normally a game ends and I have some down time before another one but this way we keep up the momentum and habits. When I’m working I try to do a lunch walk and normally I aim for the full hour but today I decided to get what I could with 20 min!!!
