I feel you. I always feel best after completing a 24-48hr water fast after a food/alcohol heavy weekend. Currently in hour 21 of my fast. My body was so inflamed after camping, eating, and drinking all weekend lol
If your able, try and get a workout in. Weights are my personal favorite but anything to get you moving is good. Then I always do water, veggies and protein (lean meats). Takes most of that crud out of my system and I Always swell up and get joint pain. My knees started hurting again actually which is why I’m here, did a leg workout today to get the muscles activated and had a hard boiled egg for lunch and lean turkey with zucchini and tomatoes for dinner. I already feel better but do what works for you! Just move and lots of water to flush it out.
Enjoyed my summer and gained a nice chunk of weight these last 4 months. Now I'm ready to get back on track. Just turned 32 last week and excited to start this new year of life on a health journey. I pray everyone hits their goals on the scale and off <3
