I hit a snag this week and went to a girls' night with snacks and drinks. Chocolate is always my weakness. 😭 I've been trying to recover ever since. I haven't gained weight, but I haven't lost any more either.

  • I’m like 60% of the way to my goal but I’m noticing every weekend the scale jumps up again. I have too many plans that are getting me off track and then I spend the week getting my self back together 😬

I got super sick this weekend and had no appetite for three days. It's amazing how much weight you lose when you don't eat. 😅 Not how I wanted this game to start, but I'll take gains where I can. Here's to feeling better and getting back on track to normal, healthy eating and exercise this week. 💪?

Argh, weekends are always so hard for me. Indo great during the week but I feel as though it's all undone over the weekend. Hubby and kids are home and they all want to do something fun for meals and stuff. It makes it so hard to be strong.

It is super hard and something I always struggled with. I just try to remind myself of my goals and tell myself I can treat my family without having to join. I try to get them to pick foods I probably wouldn’t want to eat anyway if that’s helpful at all! For instance, I’m not big on Burger King so I’ll opt to get them food there and I won’t feel tempted but I know they’ll enjoy whatever they decide.
