I had ten days of the worst flu I've had in years, so I'm not going to make it. Still trying to set some good habits now that I'm feeling better. Congrats to everyone who is hitting their goals!

I got sick yesterday with what is probably the flu. 😭 Here's hoping I can stay on track with healthy eating. When I'm sick, I just want comfort foods and I don't feel like I can cut too many calories.

I like to eat egg drop soup when I am sick! It has a great deal of protein! Just watch how
much soy sauce you add.

I’m excited to try this since my goal is to lose weight anyway. Excited to do it with others who are trying to do the same. I am dieting but I don’t know if I’m dieting correctly. What are yall eating day to day that’s working?

I eat as many vegetables as I can - I try to eat them for ā€œsnacksā€. They have a satisfying crunch, and none of the addictive ā€œI WANT MORE!!!ā€ of the fake junk food. I drink half my body weight in oz, I eat 4 servings of protein (mainly chicken because it’s my fave), and one-2 servings of fruit. Healthy fats are good- avocado, olive oil….

I love salad with rotisserie chicken for lunch every day. Sometimes I'll mix up the protein. Also drink a ton of water every day. It helps your body with so many things.
