I was also in Yellowstone this week! Maybe we passed one another, Kazandra! Finished the challenge - where we stayed in Big Sky had some delicious cold pressed juices which really helped. Yum.

  • When it comes to sweets and treats, do you cut back or cut them out when you’re actively trying to lose weight?

    Some people do well with moderation and can enjoy a small treat without wanting more. Others find that certain foods are easier to avoid altogether, especially during active weight loss.

    There’s no one approach that works best for everyone, and your strategy may even change over time. The goal is to find an approach that helps you stay on track without making healthy eating feel impossible to maintain.

    What works best for you, moderation, avoiding certain treats, or something in between? And has your approach changed over the years?

In the past I tried to eliminate sweets. This time around I’ve cut back on sweets. I’ve been craving dark chocolate almonds lately, so I count out a serving and don’t eat more than that every few days.

  • What keeps you excited and motivated? Remember to find something you enjoy doing! If you look forward to your workout then it's a lot easier to keep it up. Make it fun, and change it up!

    What is your go-to workout? Do you like to hike, bike, swim, walk, hit the gym, zone out on the treadmill watching Netflix...........?

I like doing incline treadmill with youtube on my rest days. Otherwise I like doing Chloe Ting's programs, they've helped me in the past and seem to be working well for me this time around as well! I've also enjoyed going to the gym before but prefer at home workouts :)
What keeps me motivated are all the little changes that I can see and feel. Both in my fitness levels but also in my body overall ? It's worth 'grinding' for!
