It's been a rough start. I was traveling and not able to work out much, then started my period so I had NO energy. I KNOW what I need to do, but could use some encouragement to get motivated and disciplined
I need to consistently take my vitamins
I need to get to the gym
I need to stop rationalizing the 'little treats'

Anyone else feeling it's difficult to get started?

When it is difficult to jump all in i give up one thing at a time. I have up junk food for a week. Then carbs. Do what works to g get you on track. Good luck on your journey!
